If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please email us or call 602-285-1179 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 20 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Products that have been custom made may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to C's Stained Glass Creations within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on any opened purchase.

Please note: C's Stained Glass Creations does not permit the return of or offer refund for the following:

• Product that is custom designed and made to your specifications
• C's Stained Glass Creations Gift Cards

Defective Items:

If you discover what you believe is a defect in any C's Stained Glass Creations product, please contact C's Stained Glass Creations within 20 days at 602-285-1179. After 20 days, your item is not eligible for return or credit.

Custom-Configured Product:

Any product that is built to order is considered custom-configured. We encourage you to carefully review your order. Product built to your specifications cannot be changed, modified or canceled once your order is in production.

Personal Check: Order will be held for 15 days or until the check clears our bank.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, C's Stained Glass Creations will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
